In Chicago we had bad traffic. In Las Vegas, we have bad
drivers. I have never encountered as many people who refuse to
follow basic driving courtesy. Don't be in the fast lane if you
aren't going to go fast. If someone comes up behind you and flashes
their brights, move to the next lane so they can pass.
Must just be a Chicago thing...I never heard of that being a "standard"
signal for "get the hell out of the way you're going too slow". Around here, it
would be considered "stop...I'm trying to get your attention because of some
sort of emergency", and of course, in the urban legend, it's the beginning of a
story related to gangs and initiation murders.
