I've reviewed some of the messages but I couldn't get any opinions on
living and raising kids in Las Vegas. My current job, fortunately
(or unfortunately) is pretty flexible and allows me the chance to
live anywhere I want. After my current contract expires, I am
planning on moving back to the States. I grew up and worked in
California before but with the deficit of 38 billion, I don't think I
want to live there again. The taxes just killed me.! Anyway, to
make a long story short, I would like to relocate someplace that is
close to my family in California. I've heard that the schools in Las
Vegas are very well funded and should provide a good education for my
kids. I've also heard that the cost of living and housing are
reasonable. Can someone that lives and raises kids in Las Vegas give
me some pros and cons? Is Vegas a good place to raise
children?
Living and raising children in Las Vegas
There's more to NV than the little corner that 70% of the state's
residents live in.
