Linda Boyd's Book

Bob Dancer wrote (snip):

If an error on the Dancer/Daily strategy came to Dan Paymar's or Jean
Scott's attention that either they or their friends discovered, don't
you think they or one of their friends would trumpet it?

No, I wouldn't. I don't bother broadcasting other's faults. I'm too sick of politicians' mud slinging to get involved in that. If anyone is interested in Bob's criticism of my strategies, it's posted on my web site for all to see. The only criticism I've made of Bob's strategies is that they are written by a pro and may be too complex for many players.

An optimized strategy with less than 0.01% overall "error" is better for most players than trying to learn a lot of penalty card situations for a few cents per hour theoretical gain (which may be more than offset by slower playing speed and unintentional deviations from the more perfect strategy).

Each player should use a strategy that he/she feels is best for them. My cards are optimized for most recreational players (more than 99% of all players), will fit in a shirt pocket or in the palm of your hand, and are printed in laser-sharp black on white for easy reading in dim casino light. If that suits you, I'm glad. If not, look over all the various offerings and pick what works best for you.
