Linda Boyd Southern Gaming Article

I'm wondering if there was a "lost in translation" moment perhaps

due to the magazine's editing in the paragraph of Tip #1. The final
sentence reads:

"If you're dealt three high cards and one is an ace, then hold the
two non-ace high cards."

Doublechecking your book, as well as the Strategy Card for 9/6 JoB,
that piece of advice seems to be worded a bit differently. In the
section for High Cards, point #3 on the strategy card reads:

"3. If three unsuited high cards, including an Ace, hold two non-
Ace high cards."<<

The first sentence (article) specifies miscellaneous high cards--meaning unsuited.
However, you're correct about the book. My strategy cards are more than tips--it took lots of time/work to include all dealt hands with a significantly reduced number of lines. (Many formats were tested--I had to make sure players could easily find dealt hands.) Players should use any cards on their software before going to the casino to determine just how user-friendly/accurate they are.

Thanks for buying my book and for taking the time to read my tips. Linda
