Seriously, Bob Dancer raised this issue last week. Some advantage players
have gone out of their way to be real pigs, like the guy who told the
casino he wanted more than 15 jackets so he could sell them.
I haven't read Dancer's article but I'm assuming that he condemns "piggish"
behavior.
I'm part way through Dancer's book "Million Dollar Video Poker" but far
enough to have read that Dancer admits to this behavior himself.
He is being a hypocrite but the message is right.
I doubt his sincerity though & wonder if he would really cut back on playing
a good opportunity 24/7 or as much as he can. Maybe he makes a fine
distinction between 15 jackets that can be sold for cash & burning out
promotions that provide a positive net in cash.
In any case, I have to admit that I find his book interesting & am treating
it more like a textbook. I'm taking it slowly, making notes & observations &
may post some of this if I ever get the time.
