Lenny Fromme's FPDW DW-01 Strategy Question

Obviously, if one of the pairs is a COD you'd hold that one.

I used and learned Fromme's FPDW cheat sheet years before I got VPSM and
WinPoker. I still feel more comfortable using it--since I figure B&W ca. early
1990's is less likely to arouse the suspicions of Big Brother. It's also partly
nostalgic. There was alot of $1 FPDW around--although I was too under-BR'd
to exploit it.
