It means that two pair is played as one pair (Which one do you feel lucky
with?) I suspect he borrowed "Bar" from the "wrong" bet at craps where the
layout says Bar 6 6 to mean that 6 6 is not a win but a push for the
"wrong" bettor.
On all normal deuce games that pay only three for one on a full house (And
early levels of Multi-Strike) it is best to break up two pair.
On bonus deuce and double bonus deuce games aces are the first choice to
keep followed by 3s, 4s or 5s.
