In his book "Winning Strategies for Video Poker" page 93, for '0'
deuces this appears:

*Pair.(Bar 2-PR)...........0.6

I can't find an explanation for the '*'.

Does this mean 'hold 2-pair' or don't 'hold 2-pair'??

If you don't hold 2-pair does it matter which pair you keep?

For FPDW, if dealt 2 pair you toss one. Doesn't matter which one.
