If that were the case, they'd send offers to all of their customers who
used to give them significant action but stopped playing there when the SL cut
their offers. The letters should basically ask them to return with a
significant enough incentive to do that (hint: send them an offer akin to
what they were getting before the SL cut their offers, along with a promise
that $XX played would get $YY in the next offer - few of your old customers
will go on faith).
