Typical EW BS. I'd say half the time they tell me I have not played enough
(when I have - I am quite meticulous about keeping track) and they generally
blame their own computer system. Only after pressing the issue do I get what I
earned (I bet many just walk away - which is that I think they copunt on). The
EW kaka (making you check in to use an offer, points disappearing from the
boothling computers when they clearly show up on the game machines, comp dollars
vanishing from the account, etc) has made me back away from them. When the
same "mistakes" keep happening - always in the house's favor - I have to assume
it is intentional.

Me: I would like to claim my $25.
Clerk: But you only have 249 points of play!
Me: No, started at 1014 and ended at 1268, that is 254.
Clerk: Yes I agree those are the numbers, but the computer shows
249. You must of played some next door at the Colorado Belle.
Me: No, I played just two different bartops at the River's Edge bar.
Clerk: You need another point.
Me: Just give me the $10, I am not standing in this line again!
(blowing steam by now)
Clerk: You don't have to be rude...I will give you the $25 this time.
