Laughlin VP knowledgeable?

I am just curious if anyone else can say they have played in them
all.??

Hey HS - Good question. I have been going to Laughlin for at least a
dozen years and have never even stepped inside the Riverside, let
alone AVI or the small places. The one place that has raised my
curiosity is that saloon-type place up on the hill as you approach
Harrah's. It looks so quaint from the outside. I am guessing there
is no gambling inside, although I certainly could be wrong. Rarely
see any cars there... may even be closed. But it sure does look cute
from the outside.

My playlist: Riverside, Flamingo, Edgewater, Colorado Belle, Pioneer*, Golden Nugget*, River Palms*, Harrahs*, Ramada Express*, Avi*. (* = have stayed there).

Missing: the little place that re-opened again.

If you're driving from Vegas, you have to add;
Searchlight Nugget (famous for its 10-cent coffee)
Terrible's in Searchlight (it's well-named - the VP sucks)
Cal-Nev-Ari on hwy 95

Across the river below Fort Mojave, AZ there's a small native casino on the main highway. Not much there.

The Old Town Saloon at the top of the hill. One summer afternoon I
decided to walk from the Riverside to Harrahs. I made it as far as
the Old Town Saloon, and was desperate for a beer. They have a large
bar with VP in the bartops. I remember the games were poor, but the
cold beer sure tasted good. They also had a few pool tables, and I
was surprised how small the place was inside. I believe they have
live entertainment on the weekends. Don't worry, you haven't missed
much.
