Laughlin Trip

I've making the long, boring drive to Laughlin from Los Angeles and will arrive
on Sunday 6/6, staying at the Edgewater.

My post of last month had one reply and it looks like we have the start of
a small
gathering. (Okay, 3 people).

Anyone want to meet up at the River Bar?

Rick

Rick,

The quorum for Laughlin meet-ups is two, established at the end of
February!

So, you are talking about that very long bar (42 stations) in the
Edgewater called "The River's Edge" bar? "The River Bar" is actually
a real name for a bar next door at Colorado Belle. Funny thing is
you actually can't see the river.

What is the game plan so far?

BS

You're right. It's the River's Edge bar. (A location I've never visited
before as
every stay previously has been at the GN).

I'll be happy to act as coordinator but how about meeting there around 5PM
on Sunday, 6/6? You can spot me as one of the few people in town with 1)
my hair 2) under 70 3) without a cane.

The hotel room is under my name and messages certainly can be left there.

As far as a game plan, I intend to win a few bucks, play a little golf, and
spend a few
days away from my family!
