Laughlin Trip-Plan "B" for EW&CB

My visit this week brought a few surprises when checking out EW & CB. As
member Drew noted last week we both found upgraded paytables for Bonus Poker in
the single games and multi-games. I found Bonus 8/5 from nickels to $2 on the
casino floors. The bartops got revitalized too...Bonus 8/5.

Some of the Deuces paytables also got a boost to Illini Dueces, but not as
many as the Bonus offerings. What is weird is the other games were left alone
in the Game Kings. So Jacks 7/5 is still offered in bartops.

The most surprising developement was the transformation of twelve EW
slant-tops and twelve up-rights offering fun paytables again. All 24 games are turned
on quarters only and just have four offerings. Another player said this
happened Sunday. Just look for the new signs touting 100% VP stuck in the slot
candles that went up Wednesday.

The laminated signage had this grid:

Theme Program Return

Deuces 5/3 100.7%
Joker 7/5 100.6%
Double 10/7 100.1%
D-D 10/6 100.0%

Also in fine print was info that it takes $2 coin-in per point and these
machines are excluded from all promotions.

So you got the brand new flat screen slant-tops (volume control) by the
escalators and the older skinny Aqua Blue uprights by the sportbook.

EW is putting in another version of a poker room too over by the sportsbook.

The Boiler Room is doing lunch, but nobody knows it yet. The bartenders are
now taking orders instead of sending over a server when sitting at the bar.
The lunch menu has $13 fish and chips, must be good stuff. The pizza had a
thicker softer crust than before, but still is fairly priced.

So go enjoy!

Hey- Good news about the CB/EW, and more confirmation! I assume that
the FP games are only at the EW, and not the CB? Now this is getting
interesting about the disclaimer on lack of promotions on the FP
games. What does all this mean? Well, if they have 8/5 BP on the
floor, and they still offer the CB (.2%), FP (.3%) and comps (.7%)
that means that a 99.17 base game will come up to 100.37%. Now the
bartops have a progressive on the RF, so that could add a few more %
to the mix. Assuming you get no CB/FR/comps on the full pay games ??,
it is possible that the BP is a better play. Add in a few good mail
offers, and you got to wonder about the FP games being the best play.
These are all good choices!!!
