Let me get this right,

If I put in $10,000 ($10 = 1 pt.) after midnight, and before 10 PM do
I get $100 back?

That is how it has worked in the past when they did this "Loyalty Cash"
promo. You want to hit the slot club by 9pm, earlier if possible, since the line
really grows throughout the day.

Mandalay still makes everyone get comp slips to eat and EW usually has some
sort of food deal going like "eat for a buck" in cashback (40 points).

You can play the thirty slow Multi-pokers (600 hands/hour) .25 FPDWor 10/7
DB, the seventy bartops .25-$5 with several decent paytables, or check the
varied $1 progressives that start around 98%.

Supposedly you keep your normal .25% cb and earn about .1% comps. Another
question is if this play is counted towards the Joel Stein Game Show promos,
which you can read about at www.laughlinentertainer.com .

You almost need to wonder (get paranoid) what they are up to at EW.

This is one of the more annoying things about this place. You spend a lot
more time waiting in line than you should really need to. There are a lot
of promotions that require a visit to the slot club desk. Comps need to be
collected at the slot club desk. Lines here are often long. Tack on waits
at the cage to cash in your tickets and it can turn a pleasant gambling
excursion into a PITA. A few tweaks to the system and a little investment
in technology would really help.

Due to (false) fire alarm at another casino, "got to wondering" about
the Edgewater's buffet line. It's a rather-long (some 60 feet)
hallway, which can become quite crowded when there's a half-hour wait
for seating.

I don't, offhand, recall existence of any exits other than into the
buffet at one end and back into casino at other end.

"Got to wondering", in event of a serious fire, how long it would
take to evacuate this hallway. The more so because there'd almost
surely be a lot of confusion as to which exit to use . .

As has been pointed out, there is a glass door to the left as you are
entering the buffet. In case of a serious fire, head off through the
kitchen. Although I have not been back there, I am sure there is an
outside exit through there. You might be able to pick up a snack on the
way out!!
