Laughlin info from Rob Singer

From Rob Singer:

I don't know if you have this info yet for your database, and you can
post this on VPFree from me as you wish. I received a call this weekend
from an employee at Edgewater (where I had played a lot in the 2nd half
of the year) - and I had a friend also verify this: They have installed
4 multi-game/multi-denomination uprights in the middle of the floor
somewhere that are $1/$2/$5/$10, and they all have both 10/7 DB & 10/6
DDB on all denominations (along with the usual array of other advanced
bonus games). I think this is significant - esp. for a player like me.
The one little difference is that they reduced the payout to 239 from
250 for quad 5-K's & SF's (presumably for the $5 no-W2G crowd), but
oddly it is the same on all denominations.

Additionally, my host has sent me a letter telling me that I can get
$100 'loyalty cash' on a new program just implemented for the first
1000 points earned every day, and this offer is not expected to end. No
points are deducted for this. Also, their cash back is .25% ($10 thru =
1 point), and the last part of the program is that 'loyal players' now
get double cash back for their first 2000 points every day also. I
double-checked it all, and it is all true. You have to ask your host
for that double cash-back letter to qualify. They apparently only give
it to top (which they call loyal) players.

According to my calculations, that's +1.5% on the first 1000 points
earned, and +.5% on the 2nd 1000 points earned, and on top of the full-
pay games -- every day! This of course is in addition to any RFB
offers, which are very easy to get there. They only have one decent
restaurant though--the Hickory Pit Steakhouse.

I can verify that the machines were there (under the "Bonus Frenzy"
sign) on 1/26. Need to be aware, tho, that reducing payouts from 250
to 239 reduces return from 100.17 to 99.79. Bartops have 15/8 LDW,
in denominations up to $5; return on this is 100.15 percent.

Assuming 1.5% total cashback on first $10k of coin-in, elapsed time
(at 600 hands/hour), and expected wins would be:

DB -- $130 200 0:20 ($10)
LDW -- $165 400 0:40 ($5)
FPDW-- $226 8000 13:20 ($.25)

LDW would pay $35 more, for only 20 additional minutes. And, due to
playing twice the number of hands, "somewhat" less volatile.
