Latest Peppermill offer

Just got our latest offer from the Peppermill. Two comp nights in the
Tuscany tower (loved our room we stayed in the other day). Dates cover
March 12th to May 6th.

Usually, about a week or so before our offer arrives, we get a coupon
sheet called 'Peppermill Preview'. It usually has a free room night,
$25 dining coupon and $15 match play. We did not receive this Preview
letter this time.

Did anyone get the Peppermill Preview letter before this latest offer?

Thanks,
Mike in Little Rock

A word about the Tuscany Tower. The elevators are at the very end of
the tower on the left side. If you stay there, you should probably ask
for a room closed to the elevator. We stayed at the next to last room
on our floor, and it took about 60 seconds just to walk to the elevator!

It was also about 1/4 of a mile from our room to the Cube bar where we
usually play! No need to use a treadmill for exercise this trip!

Got mine yesterday ... your Preview will probably show up any day.

Has a new magazine format with glossy pictures of beautiful people
being beautiful in the Tuscany additions. These gals are never around
when I stop by.

I got my usual Preview offer of 2 free nights/$50 dining credit. I
only play about 3K per day but am a consistent loser there. Let me
have 1 or 2 wining trips, and I expect the offers will dry up.

Got my preview glossy mag with the beautiful people photos.
Got a freePlay offer of $350 ends Apr 3 and another $350 that starts up Apr 7.
Next visit spans both offers (yay). Plus I get $50 dining cred for my birthday month.
Staying in new Tuscan towers, so thanks for the hint about the long walk to the elevators.

My previous two Pepps visits were both +$4000 profit trips.
I do $20K coin-in per day average on my Platinum card.
No hassles to-date, RFB fully comped.
I live in the Pacific Northwest and visit every 3-4 months for 4-5 days.

Hard to believe. You've won over $8,000 on the last two trips on
$40,000 total coin in? That's a win rate of over 20%. Yet they send
you $700 in free play? If true, somehow you've managed to really pull
the wool over their eyes. Hard to believe. Not the Peppermill I know.

I won $8k in October and $2k in January and have received the same
offers as Mark. Maybe not so unusual. I stopped receiving offers a
while back but it was a result of joining Lifelock identity theft
protection service. Tjey stopped my "junk" mail and since the
Peppermill mails at a bulk mailing rate, they were blocked. I called
Lifelock and stopped the junk mail filter and called the Peppermill
(they said that offers were returned by mail and they stopped sending
until conflict was resolved) to restart my mailings and have been
getting all offers again. Happy camper.

N.o.t.I.~

First off: $20K PER DAY (as I stated), not total trip. = more like 4%
win rate on two trips. And they send me out another approx 0.35% Bonus
freePlay for each of two future periods. No biggie to them nor to me.

I have seen no evidence in my case nor for anyone I know that
Peppermill (or Silver)are punishing mid- or low- rollers for winning.
Offers are the same and NO WAY do VP players gets trespassed.

Regarding "pulling the wool over their eyes": How can I fool a
computer? You think I've charmed a host to turn a blind eye to my win
rate from my last two trips? <SCOFF!> And this is the ONLY PEPPERMILL
I have known in the last 5 years - I have always gotten the same good
treatment whether my last trip was up or down.

I agree with Jonathan that I see NO evidence of Reno 'crackdowns' on
winners and I sure wish you'd present facts rather than make
innuendos. Why do purport this notion that Pepps punishes winners? I
don't get it.

I like Reno and a lot has to do with being welcomed, unlike most Las
Vegas casinos.

I can verify what NOTI is stating. It is a fact that the Pepp has
backed off quite a few winners.

Thx hockey: I'll back off my criticism.
but I'll stick with my contribution: it ain't everybody.

I tend to disagree...we have won there many times and are getting
offers constantly. However, we are out of towners so maybe that
makes a difference.

I am a little late to the party, but my first trip to Reno about 18
months ago. I went to the Pepp on sat. hit several jackpots and they
sent me back to my other hotel in a limo ahead $10,000 for the day.

I went back on sun. and won about another $10k and they fed us and
sent us back in a limo again.

My offers were great at first, and have come down some, but my host is
great and will do anything for me (within reason) and I still get
offers to date after several more trips, some + and some -.

You win ten thousand a day from the Peppermill? I have to say, that is
impressive. How do you do it? Do you still get freeplay offers? How much?
