Lasseter's Online Video Poker

I joined this site recently after reading about it
here. The pay schedule is different than the KB or 2
pair JW I have started to study. I used Frugal to
create the game and analyze it and it did yield a
99.4% base. I played a little on Frugal to try to get
a feel for the game and printed out the strategy
chart. Rank 23 is hold a ten spot and Rank 26 is hold
an eight spot. However when playing the game on FVP
and faced with holding a ten spot or an eight, I chose
the ten and got an error message. Clicking on show
best hand said to hold the eight spot!! Which is
correct, the strategy chart or the error message? BTW,
Lasseter's sent me an email a couple of days ago
promising a 30% bonus limited to $100 for a deposit
the next few days. I intend to go for it!!

Whether to hold a T or an 8 (or any other single card) depends on the penalty cards. I would assume that the strategy chart is an approximation and that the error message ("show details" in Winpoker) would be correct. I don't have a rule for it, I simply check on Winpoker when I'm in doubt. I always have Winpoker running in the background when playing.
I neglected to mention that Lasseter's also pays cashback of approx. .25%.
Also, note that in their Terms and Conditions (T&C), your wagering requirement is met if you play your required deposit to "extinction" (assuming a zero balance prior to making the deposit).
Careful with the autohold - it will autohold a pair over flush 4, and I think a pair over RF 3.
