I got this from Julie Hall the Director of Marketing at Tuscany:
"For the double points, only if you were mailed the letter. As for the
Cash Back conversion: Beginning Dec 15th, new points earned on your
Tuscany Players Card will be redeemed for Cash or Comps. Customers
Choice. $1.00 coin in reels or VP = 1 pt. 1,000 pts = $1.00 Cash or
comps. Cash redeemed in $5.00 increments must have minimum 5,000 pts to
redeem, and is issued in slot tickets."
