The LV Hilton has some good nickel games back in the
sportsbook section. The Barbary Coast did have a
triple play nickel game with progressives, not sure if
it's still there.

Fiesata Rancho and Henderson have 5 cents(100.14%) loose dueces on
their Optimum machines.
They also have Full pay Db, Dueces Wild , DDB and Joker Poker for 5
cents.
Casino Monte Lago ( Lake Las Vegas) also has many 5 cent full pay
tables.
