Just had a conversation this AM with my host, Gloria Dennison, re sale. She
thinks it will be quite a few months before sale is completed. In any event, it
would be prudent to use comps now as LVH comps will start at 0 when sold.
However, PPE/Caesars Corp comps may still be carried over. Didn't ask that
question as I don't play any other PPE property & don't care to eat elsewhere.
Gloria says she plans to stay (Good News) as I asked her about transfer
possibilities to other PPE properties. She said that buyers have right to review
all who want a transfer.
Also offers that we have received so far like the Celine Dion/Elton John show
offers that go out to April will probably still be good. Since this is the
best PPE bargain for those shows, advise you to use them.

Does anyone know when PPE open comps will stop being accepted at the Hilton
now that it has been sold? I would like to eat at my favorite restaurants

(Steakhouse, Andiamo's, Garden of the Dragon) one last time! I assume that
for now, these comps are still accepted there?
