"las" vegas club rooms

I've never stayed there and will be getting a free room offer soon.
Can anyone tell me whether the room A/C units are window units or
"built in?" Usually the built in ones are fairly quiet and the window
units make a loud noise every time the compressor cycles on or off.

I agree. Hotel/motel rooms with window units can often be very loud
and make it difficult to get a decent nights sleep. Am happy to report
that all the LVC rooms I've stayed in have "built in" A/C units.

BTW, the rooms in the north tower are newer and generally in better
condition, although the south tower rooms I've stayed in were OK, just
older and a bit more worn around the edges.

Stayed there on freebies in Dec and Jan, so my memory is already dim.

There are 2 towers (North and South). Significant difference between
them - one was renovated, the other not. Can't remember which was the
"good" one.

I'm not positive, but I think the A/C units were the builtin ones -
both towers.

More importantly, even the "good" rooms aren't designed for you to
spend any more thean the minimum amount of time in.

We returned Thursday from 5 nights there. The A/C is very quiet and
efficient at least in the North tower. We find the rooms to be very
comfortable especially for the "price."
