About 5-6 six years ago Palace Station had a Keno progressive that
hit $105,000+ before it was hit, almost 14 months after it was
initialized at $2000. This was a 20 cent (4 nickel) bet on 10 out of
10. I played for hours on the last day but left a few hours before
it was hit at about 3AM. A few days before it was hit about 6-8 new
machines were added to the bank, and the win was on one of the new
machines.
I never saw any mention of this jackpot on their outside billboard.
I thought this was odd because they usually advertised big winners on
that billboard. The next week all of the machines were permanently
removed.

The largest video poker progressive that I know about was
around $600,000 for a $2 DDB sequential royal at Texas
Station in Las Vegas. After it was hit about a year ago, the
casino removed that progressive from the bank of machines.
