Lake Tahoe Questions

Hi Gang:
Hedy and I will be attending the Caesars 7 Stars Signature Event in Lake Tahoe next Wednesday, June 8 through Saturday, June 11. We will be staying at Harvey's.
We haven't been there in a number of years and have a few questions we hope members of the VP groups can answer.
1) Is the VPfree2 database up to date concerning the VP inventory at both Harrah's and Harvey's?
2) Can 7 Stars players convert their comps to free play at the $1.25 to $1.00 rate and is there a daily limit ($500 or $1,000) like some of the other Caesars properties?
3) Does either Harvey's or Harrah's have a racebook so I can bet the Belmont Stakes on Saturday?
4) We're assuming both casinos have Diamond Lounges. Any recommendations on which is better? Any recommendations on the restaurants, buffets at either casino?
5) Do 7 Stars players get any other perks such as free movies, free buffets, boat rides etc.?
Thanks in advance for any help. We're looking forward to the trip and meeting up with some old friends who we know will be attending as well.
Regards,
CoachVee & Hedy

I was at Harrahs yesterday. In the Diamond lounge, the food is brought out at 4 PM. It was two soups- cream of mushroom and chicken and rice. Also, a nice spread of make your own Southwest chicken salad fixings, cookies, chips, and snack mix. There is a coffee machine. The VP inventory in the high limit room that I saw, 9/6 JoB 3/5 and 50 play, were there. I would add that there are $5 9/6 JoB at the bar at the buffet on the top floor. The weather was beautiful! I think I saw a sports book in Harvey's. I walked thru Hard Rock, which is a few steps away. They had a sports book. No VP I was interested in,
