Lady Luck has an ad in What's On magazine stating: "Best Cash Back on
the Strip & Downtown." Does anyone know if this is accurate?

in netting $14 = .7%, however that is for reels. VP plays @ $4 a
point, thus coin in of 8000 is needed to get you $14. They also send
out cash coupons a few times a year, and are very generous with room
and food comps.
