LA & NJ tax refund - is there a time limit?

Got W2Gs on my first-ever trips to those states last yr. Remember that LA
took out state taxes, don't remember if NJ did.

Does anyone know if there is a time limit on filing for refunds in those
states?

(Last yr I participated in Venetian's annual tax refund promo. Refund was
a 2-party check to me & my wife which she had already signed. Since she
didn't come they wouldn't cash the check. This was the first time in probably
20 yrs that I filed on time so I could finally participate in that promo.
Somebody's laughing upstairs.)

You will file for the Louisiana tax refund after you have prepared your federal tax return since the Louisiana tax return requires numbers from your federal tax return.

I have never had New Jersey withhold state income taxes although some people have reported that there was a tax withheld.

With regard to the Venetian Tax Refund promo. Have the offers gone out yet this year. I participated last year and am looking for the offer this year but I haven't received it yet. Any news on that front? Thanks in advance
