Does anyone know if these kiosk games are under Gaming Control Board
regulations? Do they have to be random? Why do I always select the lowest
value or prize?
Yes, I believe the Gaming Commission is interested in casino promotions.
At least some casinos correlate their kiosk games (swipe-and-win) to the players mailer level. People who get the higher mailers get much better prizes in those games. I've seen this repeatedly at Stations, Silverton and somewhat at Coasts.
