Yes, both the Argosy and Ameristar in KC have downgraded their points
for video poker players. Harrah's and the Isle of Capri are
unchanged as far as I know.
Also, AA is back at Harrah's KC. But it's called "USA Poker" and is
the 98.5% (4 of a kind = 150) version.

The casino database page lists the cashback incorrectly; instead of
0.25% it should be 0.125% (it says on their webpage that slots are
0.25%, but vp is 0.125%). I guess it depends on how much you'd
have to
play on the negative return days to qualify as a day of play, which
