3a. Kentucky Casinos

Which vpFREE group deals with these casinos?
Kentucky has no casinos. I don't know about casinos in other directions, but to the north there are (I think) three (maybe four?) casinos in Indiana. I'm personally familiar with Caesars Indiana in New Albany Indiana, very close to Louisville, and Casino Aztar (I think that's still the name, I think it was sold recently) in Evansville IN, SW corner of the state. There are a couple more near Cincinnati, I think Argosy and Victoria or something like that, I've never been to them.
I don't know about the Cincy ones, but I play VP at Caesars fairly often; it has a lot of $1 9/6 Jacks or Better near the poker room on level one. Caesars used to have $5 9/6 as well, but I think they've moved the $5 machines to a new location and gotten rid of the full pays there. I've been to Aztar once, at least 4-5 years ago; at that time the only 9/6 JoB there was $5.
