Cindy's code unfortunately is a bit too heavy-handed in rounding the
percentages. For small percentages it's much more accurate if you
enter the percentage and get the bankroll as a result. If you enter 3.86%
in her calculator you get 4982 units, and for 0.15% you get 9953 units.
(her precise numbers are 3.815% for 5000 and 0.1455% for 10000)
