Keeping it non-personal

Why must Dan Paymar "keep it non-personal" when
others on the list may write whatever they want?

The "No negative personal comments" rule applies to
everyone. For non-moderated members it can only
be enforced after the fact.

BTW, I still don't understand why this list has a
"keep it non-personal" rule, anyway. It's very
subjective and cannot be enforced. If you banned
each member after they posted a personal comment,
this group's membership would contain one member,
the administrator.

There isn't a "keep it non-personal" rule and very few
members find it necessary to violate the "No negative
personal comments" rule.
