Basically, timmer acused xxxent of breaking the law. How should xxxent have
taken this comment, if not personally?

The problem is so many take things pesonal. It's a business. The
question was asked and a simple matter of fact answer is all that's
needed. These folks who lose their cool on a form like this should make
