Kansas City player needs room at Vegas Bally's

I have gradually dropped out of the VP scene as Kansas City casinos
removed their playable games. As a former 7 Star player at Harrah's,
it is bugging me that when I go to a conference at Bally's in Vegas in
April, I will have to pay $139 per night for 4 nights. Does anyone
have credit for a free room that I could use? Can any of my old KC
buddies on the list help me out? Anyone else out there with free or
discounted room that could let me use it? I won't have a lot of time
to play as this is a conference I actually want to attend every day, so
I doubt I could earn much in comps while I am there.

I just went on line to Expedia \.com and found for $34\.00 a night you can stay at the Four Queens from April 1st check out April 5th\.that will save you over $400\.00\.If he convention is on the strip for $5\.00 a day you get a 24 hour pass on the Deuce\.  Richard from Ca\.

Why don't you go to Harrahs.com and plug in your Total Rewards and
your PIN#, and see if you have any offers at "My Offers" under your
log in.

Maybe you changed addresses and they no longer know where to send
things. I have offers for free nights at Harrah's Rincon from
Sun-Thurs, and I hardly play there.

If there are no offers, I'd pick up the phone and ask to speak to a
slot host at Bally's. Explain that you were a 7 * member but moved out
of the area. I'm sure they'll be able to accomodate you in some way.

Thanks to everyone who replied on and off list. Booked a room online
for $40 per night instead of using the conference block of rooms for
$139 per night. Will spend the $400 savings taking care of sick and
homeless animals. Hurrah!

That's great!

I'm chiming in belatedly to also remind people that if you don't see
the best room terms when checking your online account it's always best
to give Harrah's a direct call. It's not entirely unusual that
they'll do a little better in putting forth a room deal than the
online system, which is intentionally a little conservative.
