KA - review - jaw-dropping new Cirque show at MGM

Thanks, Linda, for the great review. I really appreciate all your reviews and
info.
As a hard core Cirque fan, I can't wait!
It just occured to me, that while you have unlimited access to O and Mystere
and Zumanity and now KA by living in Vegas, you miss the fabulous travelling
shows. Have you seen Alegria or Quidam or Dralion or Varekai? All wonderful and
worth seeing, but certainly not O.
My first Cirque was Nouvelle Experience in the tent behind one of the
casinos…was it Ceasar's??? Did you see that one? In some ways it still remains
my favorite as it was my first and they did not have a big expensive set, just
a tent, tons of imagination and talent, and something I'd never experienced
before (an aptly named show).
Great review!

I also caught this on Friday as well as Saturday and was totally blown
away. Having a storyline adds so much more to the show and creates
all kinds of tension and especially with good guys and bad guys... it
really felt like I was watching a Jet Li movie happening right in
front of my eyes, complete with the special effects. And after the
stunning Wheel of Death scene, I wondered what they could do for the
final fight scene, and what they pull off is nothing short of stunning
in its creativity as well as execution. I thought the bungee/aerial
strap/trapeze/chinese pole act with the puppets and all that scenery
and that beautiful music was amazing.

You can see a short video of the wheel of death act on the official
site www.ka.com

Thanks, Linda, for the great review. I really appreciate all your
