I missed the Hal Welch part of the discussion. Did he step up again? For
the uninformed, Hal is the slot director for Cal/MSS. He has stepped forward
and commented on alot of changes over the years...a fine way to do business.
I thank him for personally giving me a reason to visit the downtown Boyds.
So Hal, isn't about time to "spill the beans" on the Treasure Chests? I miss
them in the Boar bar tops.
