Whenever casinos experience an up-cycle, we'll hear more stories like these.
A safe strategy is to play at room-comp only level & eat someplace nearby
where you have earned comps or use whatever up-front comps that can be mined
from your own acct.

I will never, ever stay anywhere with that sort of non-promise
again. A couple of years ago, Main Street Station offered that deal -
stay-&-play and we'll look at later. Then they refused to comp
anything at all for my group, despite some rather significant VP and
BJ action. They wouldn't even comp the filthy rooms with the gooey/
sticky tile floors, the mold growing in the bathrooms, and some of
the furniture missing. On the positive side of the experience, the
uppity attitude of the host was almost cartoonish.>>>
