Just a Question ...

Hi!

My wife and I were in Las Vegas this past week.

The vpFREE data-base for the Stardust has, as one of that casino's holdings,
"5c/10c (1/3 Play) NSUD".

We were able to find the "nickel" version of these 3-line NSUD machines, but
not the "dime" version.

Can anyone identify where the "dime" versions of the 3-line NSUD machines
might be?

Thanks.

The DataBase indicates that they're both at the same location.
If you couldn't find them, perhaps they are MIA.

As a point of information, it appears that you have only looked at
the Stardust listing on the LV Index page, rather than clicking on
"Stardust" and going to the Stardust DataBase page, where there
is more detailed information.

Yes, I always do check the fuller listings for the casinos that interest me, i.e.,
as the Stardust listing reads for 3-play NSUD:

"5c/10c (3 Play) MG/MD near the entrance to the shopping arcade"

My suspicion is that these 3-line machines, near the entrance to the shopping
arcade (there are 6 of them) "used to be" nickel and dime machines (players
choice), but are now only nickels.

My suspicion was aroused by the fact that the 5-cent sign on the machines
appear to be "scotch-taped" over something else.

My question to the groups was whether there might be other "10-cent"
machines that we just missed.

The 3-line "nickel" NSUD's were fun; the "dime" machines would have been
"funner" (sic!).

They were there a couple weeks ago. Did you check both sides of the
bank?

OOOPS! Maybe not! It was always quite crowded around those particular
machines (at least when we were there) and the machines were almost
always occupied. I may have inadverdently assumed that the machines on
the other side of the "bank" were single-line machines.

Thanks for the "head's up""

We go back in August. My wife and I will give it another look.
