You are dateing yourself and me as well. In the early 80's I was going with
a George Nakahiro and a Vic Bienveniste to a variety of places here. they
had company names but that escapes me. You booked during the week, went to LAX
or Burbank where they had a group section on the up and back. It was about
$25 and at that time you had to have $500 front money and be rated as a $5 or
$10 minimum table game player.
I see people in various casinos with numbered buttons but usually they are on
bus junkets . the people to ask are the various casinos ....they would know
