Interesting - my host has never mentioned this. Thanks for the 'head's up' -
I'll guess Gold is everything and Silver is everything except the
steakhouse?? Does it cover Colorado Belle too??

How does one obtain said meal card?

I have never received the meal cards at the EW, but I have had the
gold and silver cards at the CB. They gave me the card when I checked
in. I never asked for it, and I assume it was automatically given to me
based on play from previous trips. I have never talked to a host at the
CB. The cards are not good for both places. The gold card at the CB
will get you the buffet, coffee shop and the snack bar downstairs. The
silver card is a step up, it will get you everything but the
Mississippi Lounge and the Orleans room. I am sure there is another
step above that (bronze? using reverse logic).
