You need to have adobe acrobat reader installed on your computer. They have
a free download of the program.
The link links to Adobe PDF format and when loaded displays the 8
pages of the text.

OK - I already had adobe reader on my computer and have not had problems
opening other files that require it. So, I then re-installed - still blank,
so I reinstalled a second time - still opens to a blank page. Could there
be some other problem here??

It does take 30 seconds or so load depending on what type of server you
have.

Thanks everyone. Well, I finally forwarded the link to hubby's computer,
and it opened on his computer just fine. Don't know why I couldn't open the
link, since I know I have the adobe reader. Oh well, since he is the
computer expert, he'll be able to figure it out when he gets home.
