I just searched for the 100.65% version in vpFREE2 and found that users of the site have reported seeing it at:
Fiesta Henderson
Boulder Station
Hacienda
Las Vegas Club
Santa Fe Station
All are 25c and Fiesta Henderson and Boulder Station also have 5c and 10c. vpFREE2.com shows the locations within each casino.

The ones at the Las Vegas Club are old and slow. They take bills,
take and give coins, and don't take or give cashout tickets. They
also have at least 2 50¢ machines that are just as old and slow
without card readers.
