JOB-in south florida

This is very interesting for those that live in fort lauderdale or
miami. I live in broward county and always go to the seminole indian
casino's to play poker and some slots here in there. My favorite of
course is VP which is no where to be found down here.

Surpringly I went to the Miccosukee casino in Miami and to my
delight i found multipoker machine (DW, Joker poker,JOB). I played
JOB and the payout was 8/5, not full pay but much better than slots.
I had a great time playing the machines and am so happy now I can
get away from the slots. The machines are IGT Montana Poker.

I hope this makes some people down here happy to know thee machines
are available. Sure has made me happy.

All legal video poker in Florida is based on a bingo game played in
the background. There is absolutely no element of skill. The final
hand displayed on the screen represents the outcome of the bingo
game. For example, if the bingo game determines that you've won 25
times your bet, you'll may be dealt four of a kind. If you decide to
toss all five cards, you will get another four of a kind on the draw.
To keep the game entertaining, the machine will sometimes deal a low
pair and then will turn the pair into four of a kind on the draw. If
the bingo game determines that you won 25 times your bet and you hold
the pair and the other three cards, you'll still get a "bonus" so
that you're paid the same amount as if you had held the pair and then
drawn to the four of a kind.

the interesting thing is that these are probably igt machines
the only tip off would be the bonusing feature
so are all bonusing machines now suspect?
how does regulation keep these machines out of states where they are
not allowed?

All Bingo-type Class II machines actually show the Bingo card somewhere on
the display.

I here what you are saying and was questioning myself on how this
was allowed. The only thing is that there is no bingo card present.
I will try what you said by discarded a winning hand and seeing if
the same winning hand comes on the draw.

Interesting enough today I received a letter from the hard rock
casino in hollywood florida and they said that they will be getting
video poker shortly. I guess it was a case of being to good to be
true. I thought I found a diamond in the rough.

I went back and took a closer look at these VP machines. There is no
bingo card visible. As far as the machine giving you a four of a
kind on deal and even if you don't hold these cards giving four of a
kind on draw is incorrect. I tried this with getting pair of jacks
or better and two pair. I didn't hold them and I was not dealt
another equivalent pair or two pair.

I still don't know if these are regular VP but what you stated in
previous post is not correct.

Hello,

I have played on VP machines in FL, IN, NV, NJ, WV, & IL and all except those in WV were the

same.

The pay-tables varied, of course, on all of them. I have surmised that those in Washington also are

"fake" machines.
