You can on 50-play, 100-play, SpinPoker, and SpinPoker Deluxe. Not on
3-play, 5-play, or 10-play, unless you just play one coin on one line.

I'm pretty sure Super Times Pay also allows you to play any number of lines at 5 or 6 coins.
I think the common feature among the games mentioned is that the betting display will say something like
bet [ x ] lines play [ y ] coins per line
where you can control x and y separately, so that may be the characteristic to look for if you are searching for this feature.

Recently I found several 9/6 JOB STP in both $0.25 and $1 at Blue Chip. They are 3/5/10 play. However, they are 9/6 ONLY at 10 lines. I played the $1 machines 5 lines at a time.
They are not in the data base.
