Jerry's Nugget

I apologize. If you are used to staying and playing and eating on the strip,
Jerry's Nugget is not for you. And I would never advise anyone to WALK along
North Las Vegas Blvd. But I have been to Jerrys several times, and never had
any problem in the casino. The clientel is the same as Nevada Palace, Longhorn,
or the El Cortez. Mostly blue collar patrons.

The Las Vegas Advisor has coupons for Jerry's Nugget and another small casino a
little more north of Jerry's called Poker Palace. I don't think they would work
with a casino for these coupons if they really thought the areas were
'dangerous'. I've been to Poker Palace a couple of times and the people in the
restaurant looked as middle class as me.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with either of these casinos except they are
in 'unpleasent' areas.

Granted, it's in a bad location, but so long as you drive and not walk, you
should be OK. If you are used to the strip, DON'T GO THERE. IT IS DEFINITLY NOT
FOR YOU.
