Perhaps this has been discussed during my couple weeks of not reading the posting regularly, but I (and others) have been told by our hosts at Caesars that we can no longer be RFB and even though we play at a fairly high level, we can not get discretionary comps unless we zero out our balance in our Reward Credits account. So it seems that this has changed since Jeff wrote his article.
