I doubt this very much. Writing a good beginner's book is a worthy goal.

Thank you for writing this great how-to book. I've spent the last
five years working to pick up this info from all the various sources
out there. Now that I have finally gotten my husband interested in
playing VP, this is the perfect tool for him (he would never have the
patience to research independently). It's a good book as are all of
your "Frugal" series. Thanks for taking the time to do them.

Thank you for your kind words. You have pointed out some of the main goals I had in writing this book. It will help beginners get started on the right path and they can proceed at their own speed, without getting bogged down with technicalities. It will also save a lot of trial-and-error time in the casino for many recreational gamblers, time that they are "paying" the casino for "lessons."
I did not write this book for experienced VP experts. There are some of you on this list who are "living" this book - and you have the knowledge to write a similar book. I wrote this book for everyone who doesn't yet know it all, and I'm guessing that is the biggest majority of the gamblers on this list. This book wasn't written to take the place of Internet lists that allow us to exchange knowledge and ideas. It was written to give a sound basic VP education - so you then can get more out of these Internet exchanges and the resources that give more complex information.
I'm as big on saving time as saving money!
