A freeplay giveaway to people who don’t even gamble, who don’t even step foot in your casino? That’s got to be an inside job, the shareholders and the state should investigate.
Not an inside job … just an offer designed by someone who grossly underestimated what people might do for the sake of a few bucks, and the ingenuity of the “resale” market.
As a consequence of this expose, I now appreciate just a little more the value (to the casino) of loading FSP to a player card vs using machine vouchers. In general, it makes it just a little more cumbersome to “game” the system.
