There are many interesting topics of discussion in this world. They all have the appropriate place to be discussed.
The topic of rape and culpability has been discussed in many places for a long time. I really doubt that it will be resolved here.
I resent this forum being hijacked for purposes that In my not so humble opinion would better be served elsewhere.
