As part of the changes in its Royal Rewards program in 2017, the Plaza revised the points system, (apparently) so visitors who may not frequent the property as often as a local can still earn the Ace level.
If they are out of state it’s
0-4999 Jack
5,000-14999 Queen
15,000-24999 King
25000+ Ace
If they are local it’s
0-19,999 Jack
20,000-39,999-Queen
40,000-99,999-King
100,000+ Ace
