I was just curious is Jean or Brad or both have ever been 86'd? I'd also like to know if so, how they handled it and were they able to get all their comps and cash back returned?

No, we have neither one been 86'd from a casino. However, we have been put on a "no-mail list" a few times.

We have escaped more severe casino actions, I think, because we have never played VP "full-time" and, back when we did play more than we do now, we always spread our action around among many casinos, never "camping" for hours at a time at one casino.

it also doesn't hurt that you're a charming older couple, and harder
for a suit to villainize than someone they view as a young punk. how
do you explain security guards marching the senior citizens out?

and it certainly doesn't hurt that many suits will recognize you as
someone who writes a widely-read column about gambling, and know that
rude treatment of you will be heard about far and wide!

cheers,
