Whenever someone says they're going to make things "better than ever",
in my experience, about 70% of the time, they're going to cut things
back.
Now, come on, did anyone really expect getting 2.1% from those 7x
postcards? I got them, and my first line of thought was, "oh, they're
going to merge the Boyd and Coast slot clubs." The real complaint
should come from those less experienced who don't read the Internet
bulletin boards or educate themselves accordingly.
